Privacy Policy

Tradesies is operated by Domain Expansion LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose.
Two kinds of people use Tradesies
Creators make an account and publish trade pages. Visitors enter an email address on a creator's page to download a file. What we collect differs for each.
What we collect from creators
Your email address, the name or company name you provide, the files you upload, the page titles and descriptions you write, and your plan status. If you upgrade to Pro, payment is handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe company), which acts as the merchant of record — we never see or store your card number.
What we collect from visitors
When you enter your email on a creator's trade page, that email is delivered to the creator who published the page. That is the entire point of the product, and the page says so before you submit. We store it on the creator's behalf; the creator controls it, can export it, and is responsible for how they use it. We do not send marketing to visitors and we never sell visitor emails.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referral sources, and general usage patterns. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard device information. We use this to improve the product, not to identify individual visitors. We also count views on trade pages so creators can see how their pages perform.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run Tradesies: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy / Stripe (payments), and Google (analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights and choices
You can access and update your account information from your dashboard. You can delete your pages (which deletes their captured leads) at any time. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us and we'll take care of it. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights — email us to exercise any of them. Visitors who want their email removed from a creator's list can contact the creator directly or email us and we'll assist.
Data security and retention
Data is stored with reputable providers, protected by row-level access controls, and transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep your data for as long as your account is active; when you delete something, it's removed from the live database promptly and from backups on the providers' standard cycles.
Children
Tradesies is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify creators by email. Questions or requests: hello@tradesies.pro.
