Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Domain Expansion LLC (“Tradesies,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using tradesies.pro, you agree to them. The short version: upload things you have the right to share, treat the people who trade with you fairly, and we'll give you a reliable place to do it.
1. The service
Tradesies lets you publish pages that offer a downloadable file in exchange for a visitor's email address. Free accounts include one live page and a generated link handle; Pro subscriptions ($19/month) add unlimited pages, larger files, a custom handle, brand customization, and post-download redirects. We may change features over time; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you first.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person or entity per account.
3. Your content — and your leads
You keep full ownership of the files you upload and the email lists you collect. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, and deliver your files and pages to visitors — that's it. You can export your leads and delete your content at any time. You are the data controller for the leads you collect: comply with the laws that apply to how you email them (such as CAN-SPAM), and honor unsubscribe requests.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Tradesies to distribute anything illegal, malicious (malware, spyware), infringing (files you don't have rights to share), deceptive, or harmful. Don't impersonate another person or company. Don't use trade pages for phishing or to harvest emails under false pretenses. Don't attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules — with notice where practical, immediately where necessary to protect visitors or the platform.
5. Handles and reserved names
Link handles are first come, first served, and remain part of the service rather than your property. Names of well-known companies and brands are reserved and claimable only through verification. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or release any handle in cases of trademark disputes, impersonation, deceptive use, squatting, or extended account inactivity — we'll use redirects and reasonable notice to avoid breaking your shared links wherever possible. 6. Billing
Pro is billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), which acts as the merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from your subscription management link; your Pro features continue until the end of the period you've paid for. Our refund policy is here. If your subscription ends, your account returns to the free plan; pages beyond free limits pause rather than delete, and your settings are kept in case you return.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Tradesies is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren't responsible for the content creators publish or how creators use the emails they collect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
8. Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give paying customers reasonable notice and time to export their leads and files.
9. The legal frame
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute arises, let's talk first — hello@tradesies.pro reaches a human. If we update these terms in a way that matters, we'll change the date above and notify account holders by email; continuing to use Tradesies after that means you accept the update.
